Graduated, and it feels so good!

Freedom at last!

I graduated May 6, (on Nurse's Day), from the University of Utah with my Bachelor's degree! It was an amazing day. I have never felt so proud and accomplished. But as I was on my way home, I turned to Trav and said "so that was it?". Six years of hard work ended in just two hours. But I know that those six years of hard work shaped me into a better person and provided me with an opportunity to have an amazing career. Not to mention, I met some pretty awesome people, learned some pretty interesting things, spent lots and lots of money, and went to some pretty fun football games. Even though it may seem it ended in two hours, I know I will carry the experience on with me throughout my life. During the convocation, a speaker said "we are nurses, it is not a hat we can take off, it is who we are".

These girls made me laugh, relax, and turn things in on time :)

I could not have done it without my amazing family!

As happy as I was this day, I missed my Dad more than I could bare. I sure hope he was smiling down on me that day.
